Ordering terms

A submitted list is a request, not yet a confirmed sale.

Sending a list through the website asks Mahfouz Market to review the requested products. It does not reserve stock, lock a price, create a paid sale, or guarantee delivery.

Delivery calculation

For delivery orders, the website uses the selected branch, the shortest available driving route to the confirmed map coordinates, the current distance band, and the cart’s delivery points. Addresses outside the current delivery coverage are pickup only. The displayed delivery amount is included in the submitted order.

Confirmation

A Mahfouz Market team member will confirm current availability, prices, quantities, substitutions, service area, timing, and the calculated delivery charge. An order becomes confirmed only after you accept those details.

Products and prices

Website collections are browsing aids. The market’s current system and staff confirmation are authoritative for product identity, stock, tax, and price.

Changes and cancellation

You can request changes or cancellation before preparation begins. Once preparation or delivery has started, the team will explain which changes remain possible.
